Totvs technology company () announced on Tuesday (22) the conclusion of a contract to acquire all the actions of the Software Producer Linx Participações, controlled Stoneco, for R $ 3.05 billion.
According to a relevant fact, the operation involves part of the Linx software business and will be funded with its own resources and debt to be contracted.
Linx is recognized for its retail solutions and ended 2024 with revenue of R $ 1.145 billion, of which R $ 1.048 billion of recurring revenue, as well as EBITDA (before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of R $ 239 million.

The acquisition reinforces TOTVS strategy to expand its presence in retail, a sector in which it seeks to replicate its relevance already consolidated in other segments, the statement points out.
The transaction still depends on Cade’s approval, compliance with regulatory conditions and the approval of shareholders at the meeting. Two relevant shareholders, which together hold 8.82% of the voting capital, have already committed to vote favorably.
