Totvs (Tots3) acquires Stone’s Linx software company for R $ 3 billion

Totvs technology company () announced on Tuesday (22) the conclusion of a contract to acquire all the actions of the Software Producer Linx Participações, controlled Stoneco, for R $ 3.05 billion.

According to a relevant fact, the operation involves part of the Linx software business and will be funded with its own resources and debt to be contracted.

Linx is recognized for its retail solutions and ended 2024 with revenue of R $ 1.145 billion, of which R $ 1.048 billion of recurring revenue, as well as EBITDA (before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of R $ 239 million.
