British host and writer Richard Osman has just released his latest thriller: “We resolved homicides.” SIC talked exclusively to the writer in London.
The author of the success “The Thursday Crime Club” began a new series of thrillers. The first book, “We solved homicides”, has already guaranteed an adpitation for a series on Netflix.
Before the books, Osman became a recognized television host on BBC channel, especially general culture contests.
In 2020, Richard Osman’s literary debut reached the British bookstores. “The Crime Club of Thursdays” – so is the name translated into Portuguese – which sold over 45,000 copies in just three days. A success that now knows a film adaptation.
Steven Spielberg takes over the production of Chris Columbus’s film in the cast Helen Mirren, Pierce Brosnan and Ben Kingsley. Premiere in late August on Netflix.
