The federal deputy (PL-SP) recorded a video before it was this Tuesday (29). She says she gave herself to the safe authorities that she will not be deported to Brazil.

“If I have to serve any pity it will be here in Italy, which is a fair and still democratic country. The deputy says she believes that she will remain in Italian territory because “we do not have a dictator in power, we do not have the dictatorial authority of and its crops of the Supreme Court.”
“I know God is looking around Brazil. I know we can count on Him. And that’s why with a clean soul, the quiet heart, I will introduce myself to the authorities, because I’m not here running away, I’m here resisting and I will continue to resist,” he added.
Carla Zambelli was convicted by the first class of (Supreme Federal Court) in May for the invasion of CNJ systems. The penalty is ten years in prison, in addition to the loss of parliamentary mandate and the payment of a fine.
She fled the country in late May and sought shelter in Italy, considering that her Italian citizenship would safeguard any arrests.

The licensed deputy told La Repubblica newspaper that she was disillusioned with the lack of support from Italian government politicians, with ultra -right members and decided to escape to Italy instead of continuing in the United States for suffering from health problems.
The interview was published on the website of the Italian newspaper, which claimed to have spoken to her in an apartment on the outskirts of Rome, hours before she was detained by the Italian police, on Tuesday (29).
Zambelli was arrested in Rome, according to Italian deputy Angelo Bonelli, who has been following the case since June, when she arrived in Italy from the US.
“I’m innocent, there is no proof against me. I’m a persecuted politician,” she told the Italian newspaper.
Asked why he had gone to Italy, Zambelli cited health problems. “I have a lot of health problems and the US health system is very expensive. And also because it is my country,” he said.
“I suffer from syncope, I risk falling at any time.”
She said she was disillusioned with the lack of support from the Italian government. “Decidedly, yes, I expected more. From Salvini, but also from, who is a friend of Trump,” he said in reference to the Italian deputy premie, near the Bolsonaro family, and his first minister.
“Trump knows what is happening in Brazil, it’s not something that has to do with me only.”
Zambelli said, however, that he did not seek any Italian politician directly.
