The Supreme Court Minister (STF), Alexandre de Moraes, went to Neo Chemistry Arena on Wednesday night (30) to accompany the classic between Corinthians and Palmeiras, valid for the round of 16 of the Brazilian Cup.
The appearance occurred a few hours after the United States government announced sanctions against Moraes, based on the so -called Magnitsky Law, which allows foreigners to be accused of corruption or serious human rights violations.
The US Treasury Department published the name of Moraes on a list of sanctions, including personal data such as date of birth and passport information.
