Rapper Mauro Davi dos Santos Nepomuceno, known as Oruam, passed on Monday (4) by a new custody hearing and was arrested by the court. It will also be transferred to collective cell in the Bangu 3 prison. 
“The arrest warrant is within the validity period and the decision that generated its issuance was not revoked, by appeal decision. The prison and arrest warrant in the specific case and there are no requirements of merit there is nothing to provide,” wrote the judge of the Custody Center, Laura Noal Garcia, who chaired today’s hearing.

The Secretariat of Penitentiary Administration (Seap) also informed that the gallery to which it will bear the prisoners of the Red Command.
Prison
The rapper has been pre -tried preventively since July 22, when he decided to surrender to the Civil Police.
The day before, Oruam and friends shot stones at civilian police who went to his house, in the neighborhood of Joá, west of Rio, to fulfill an arrest warrant against a teenager who would be at his house.
The suspect managed to escape.
Defendant
On the 30th, the Rio court accepted the complaint of the Fluminense prosecutor and made oruam defendant for attempted qualified homicide. In the decision, Judge Tula Correa de Mello of the 3rd Criminal Court also included Willyam Matheus Vianna Rodrigues Vieira, friend of Oruam.
According to the prosecution’s complaint, the attempted murder occurred with the stone throw at a height of 4.5 meters that weighed from 130 grams to 4.85 pounds.
Oruam was accused of association with drug trafficking, drug trafficking, resistance, contempt, damage, threat and bodily injury. The initial accusation understood as an attempt to threaten the rapper to say that he was the son of Marcinho VP, one of the leading leaders of the Red Command Criminal faction.
