The councilman of () was ill this Monday (4) when receiving the information from the house arrest of his father, former President (PL).
According to reports, the councilman is being attended by a cardiologist, in a hospital in Barra da Tijuca tonight.
The Minister of the Federal Supreme Court ordered on Monday the house arrest of Bolsonaro, understanding that the former president failed to determine before appearing in videos displayed by supporters during demonstrations on Sunday (3).
Bolsonaro was forbidden to use social networks, even if intermediate. The decision makes him the fourth occupant of the maximum position of the country to be arrested since the redemocratization – before him, had the same destination Fernando Collor, Lula (PT) and Michel Temer (MDB).
Moraes prohibited visits to house arrest, except from lawyers and authorized persons in the file, and vetoed the use of cell phones, directly or through others. The minister also stated that the breach of house arrest will result in the decree of pre -trial detention.
Carlos Bolsonaro participated in the demonstration in Florianópolis (SC), where he should launch himself to the Senate next year. His brother Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) was in Rio de Janeiro.
During a demonstration in Rio de Janeiro, Flávio made a connection with his father, transmitted during the act.
On the phone call, the former president just said, “Thanks to everyone. It is for our freedom, our future, our Brazil. We will always be together.”
The senator even published the video on social networks, but then deleted him. He said Sheetbefore Moraes’s decision, which made it by guidance from his father’s lawyers.
Flávio said he understood that there was no problem in the publication, but chose to follow guidance from the defense and spoke of legal uncertainty.

“It is an unprecedented legal insecurity in the history of Brazil. This prior censorship is completely unconstitutional and arbitrary,” he added.
The absence of Bolsonaro in the demonstration was due to the precautionary measures that had been imposed on him by Moraes. The magistrate pointed out a risk of escape, amid the performance of the deputy (PL-SP) with US authorities.
Forbidden to use social networks, the former president accompanied the demonstrations of his home in Brasilia, with a few assistants.
