On July 30, Mike Cannon-Brookes, CEO of the Australian software provider Atlassian, sent a video to his workforce. The title “Restructuring of the CSS team: A difficult decision for our future” gave no guys. In the clip the company boss announced the reduction of 150 of the approximately 12,000 employees. However, those affected would still have time to say goodbye.
