Peshawar – At least 117 people died in northern Pakistan as a result of heavy rainfall. At least 110 people died within a day in the mountainous province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, which borders on Afghanistan, the local civil protection authority announced on Friday. According to civil protection, another seven people were killed in the neighboring Pakistani part of the Kashmir region.
