The 12th anniversary of the creation of the Anti -Corruption Law will be the subject of a book released on the subject and a debate with legal experts on the 26th, at the Largo de São Francisco Law School in São Paulo.
The work “Anti -Corruption Law – Comments on Law 12.846/13 and related themes” (Publisher Manoel) brings together several articles, under the coordination of Gustavo Justino de Oliveira, Mauricio Schaun Jalil and Ricardo Mendonça Martins.
The debate, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, will bring together Minister Vinicius Carvalho of the Union Comptroller General, the Deputy Attorney General of São Paulo, Wallace Paiva Martins Jr., USP teachers Sebastião Tojal and Helena Lobo da Costa and lawyers Igor Tamasauskas and Debora Calbucci, among others.
