The Viennese entrepreneur Klemens Hallmann is bankrupt. On Tuesday, Hallmann, who works in the real estate and film industry, brought an application to the Commercial Court (HG) Vienna as an entrepreneur to initiate a debt regulation procedure with self-administration. He wants to offer his creditors a quota of 30 percent. Hallmann announced this in a broadcast without going into more detail. The bankruptcy was justified, for example, with a “toxic market environment” and “structural changes in the financing environment”. Hallmann plan to sell assets in order.
