The president of the United States ruled out the sending of US troops to Ukraine, under the security guarantees of a future peace agreement with Moscow.
This Monday, after the meeting between Donald Trump, Volodymyr Zelenskyy and other European Ukraine war leaders, NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte said the US would be part of an effort of about 30 countries to ensure Ukraine security in a peace agreement with Russia.
