Trump responded to Orbán’s information about the attacks on the Druzhba pipeline.
Prime Minister Viktor Orbán informed US President Donald Trump on Friday about the third Ukrainian attack on the Druzhba pipeline. According to the server Magyarnemzet.hu Prime Minister on Facebook quoted the reaction of Trump, who expressed his anger and asked Orbán to refer it to Slovakia, says TASR newsletter in Budapest.
While Trump “runs”, others do in silence what they recognize fit:
“There is a war in our neighborhood, if someone thought it was happening somewhere in the distance, after a Russian missile attack on Mukachevo he could sober.
The Hungarian Prime Minister added that the Ukrainians are constantly attacking the Druzhba pipeline and, according to him, did the same with the Nord Stream pipeline, and that even there was the truth.
“Viktor – I’m not glad to hear it. I’m very angry for it. Tell Slovakia. You’re my great friend,” the American president wrote.
Within nine days, the Ukrainian army has already attacked the Druzhba pipeline in Russian territory three times three times. For this reason, there was a suspension of supplies through this pipe, which also transports oil to Slovakia and Hungary.
Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic and Hungary, Juraj Blanár and Péter Szijjártó, therefore sent a joint open letter to the head of European diplomacy Kaja Kallas and the European Commissioner for Energy Dan Jorgensen on Friday, calling on the European Commission to immediately ensure that the EU Member States’ energy supply obligations.
