The defense of the former president (PL) presented this Friday (22.ago.2025) a demonstration to the Supreme Court (STF) about alleged breach of precautionary measures and the “risk of escape” pointed out by Minister Alexandre de Moraes and the PF (Federal Police). The 48 -hour deadline for the answer had been set on Wednesday (20.ago). In the document, the lawyers deny that Bolsonaro failed to comply with the order of not using social networks and claim that the draft of political asylum in Argentina does not constitute “Escape indication”.
