Member of the Coalition Party of Smer-SD and MEP Erik Kalinak and Vice -Chairman of the National Council (NR) SR and a member of the opposition movement PS Martin Dubéci met in a TA3 discussion session in politics.
The topic was also the case accused Daniel Bombic of extremist crime, which called on Direction-SD politicians to either distance himself or stop him. Kaliňák responded that Daniel Bombic is wrongly in custody. However, he pointed out that the government could not help him because it did not have tools to influence judicial power.
“Unfortunately, today we are witnessing that the judicial power in some cases where it suits them and where they are put on media pressure, denies its own previous decisions and denies the case -law of the European Union,” he said. Dubéci rejected the claims of Kalinak. He pointed out several offensive and hateful statements of the accused.
