Doctors had to remove the uterus, part of the liver, diaphragm, intestine, pelvic wall, two thirds of the stomach, part of the colon and create a stoma.

Despite exhausting treatment in May 2024, the disease seemed to have subsided, the results did not show signs of cancer. All the more painful her subsequent health was. Nikki began to suffer from severe abdominal pain, vomiting. Initially, her doctors attributed her difficulties to constipation, but the operation in August 2024 revealed the infinity of the intestines caused by metastastizing cancer. The disease is incurable.

Nikki with her husband Ian (49), who became her full -fledged caregiver, and their nine -year -old son Jake. They decided To set up a collection for alternative private treatment, as the National Medical Service no longer has other options.

“This disease will take you all. The quality of my life is very low. As a parent, you always think of your child and on top of the last place. Maybe if I went to the doctor as soon as menstruation problems appeared, everything would develop differently, ” Nikki mourns.
