Offices of deputies of the Governor’s base (Republicans) at Alesp (Legislative Assembly of) housed relatives and allies of the mayor of, Marcelo Lima (), on suspicion of involvement in corruption and money laundering in the city.

On the same day that PF launched the operation that had Lima as a target, on August 14, Larissa Souza, his eldest daughter, was appointed advisor in the office of state deputy Carla Morando (PSDB) at Alesp.
In addition to it, the assembly has already had in its staff the wife of the mayor, Rosângela Lima, and two other investigated: Paulo Iran, pointed out as, and Roque Araújo Neto, suspected of having received $ 390,000 in bribes.

Larissa, Rosângela, Iran and Roque were divided into two Alesp offices: Carla Morando and State Representative Rodrigo Moraes (PL), both members of Tarcisio’s base at the House and Assiduous on the governor’s agendas, with whom they have several photos and videos on social networks.

Roque’s defense points to identification error and says that the exonerated Alesp server is not the person involved in the schemes and that the cell phone pointed out in the inquiry is not his.
Mayor negotiations
Messages collected by the PF show Lima negotiating the positions of his wife and Paulo Iran at Alesp in 2022. Lima showed Iran a conversation with a person identified only as “Frajola” guiding him to look for the room where the deputy’s office is.
The report found that Frajola is José Roberto Venancio de Souza, known as Roberto Frajola, who was then advisor to Moraes at Alesp. Currently, Frajola is a councilor of Ilha Comprido, on the south coast of São Paulo, by PP. According to Lima Assistants, Frajola was an active person behind the scenes of his campaign last year.

Iran, who until June received a monthly gross salary of $ 8,400, was dismissed on August 15, a day after the operation of the PF. Sought, Moraes replied through his advisory that he dismissed him when he learned of the investigation.
In a statement, the deputy stated that both hires were made “within legal and administrative procedures” and that both Rosângela and Iran worked in external functions in the ABC Paulista region.
“Mrs. Rosângela Lima had her bond ended before the beginning of the investigations that came to public. In the case of Mr. Paulo Iran, the deputy determined his immediate dismissal as soon as he learned of the suspicions through the press,” the text says.
Iran’s defense did not respond, as did the advisors of Marcelo Lima and Rosângela Lima.
Operator Woman’s position
The investigation began in July 2025, when R $ 14 million in cash (between reais and dollars), the agents said in the inquiry, at Iran’s house.
The scheme also involved, according to the complaint, the payment of various personal expenses of the mayor and his family members. Among the payments were the monthly fees of the Gabriele Fernandes Medical School, Marcelo Lima’s youngest daughter and Larissa’s sister.
Appointed as the main operator of the deviations, Iran sent the Lima Payment records. A spreadsheet dated November 17, 2022, for example, shows transfer notes to “OM” and “ML”, being identified by investigators as Marcelo Lima – another acronym was not identified in the investigation.
Iran also made payments also through his wife’s account, Karina Luz de Queiroz, according to vouchers rescued by the PF.
Queiroz was a government advisor at the São Bernardo Urban Services Secretariat between July 2021 and December 2024, during Orlando’s second management in the city. Her monthly gross salary was $ 8.4 thousand. It was not located by the report to respond to the case.
