He said he was in the city of Passo Fundo, in Rio Grande do Sul, when he began to feel intense pain and could not walk or at least put his foot to the floor.
“I was hooked, then it passed. Then I took more than three, four steps, it hurt again. When I arrived in Rio de Janeiro, I could no longer stand in pain and I fell,” he said.
“We went to the hip doctor, then he advised the hospitalization. It was so pain that the medication for me to sleep was morphine,” said the dancer.
“In my head today is living today. But when I think, ‘And tomorrow?’, That’s where I start to terrify, because I think, ‘How am I going to live?'” Carlinhos said.
In addition, the dancer said he has patience, resilience and calm so that he can walk again.
In July, Carlinhos de Jesus made a publication on social networks to explain why he was using a wheelchair.
“For some time now I have been having difficulty walking, with pain that limited my movements. After examinations and evaluations, I received the diagnosis of a serious bilateral bursitic staff, complicated with glute tendinitis, also on both sides. Result: a lot of pain and mobility very committed,” he wrote.
According to Carlinhos, the recovery of the condition is being slow and demanding from a multidisciplinary team, between physiotherapy, acupuncture and bodybuilding. He commented that the wheelchair and the crutches he is using are just to save his members.
