The advisory of Minister Flávio Dino, of the Supreme Court (STF), reported on Monday (1st) that the Magistrate was assaulted by a woman waiting for a flight of São Luís to Brasilia. The case was registered with the PF (Federal Police).
According to the note, a woman identified as Maria Shirlei Piontkievicz, nurse and Paraná Government Servantentered the plane screaming, stating that the aircraft “It was contaminated” and that “Don’t respect this kind of people.”
Maria Shirlei would have tried to advance toward the magistrate and was contained by a security guard. She was in a group with 16 tourists.
“It is noteworthy that the passenger also shouted phrases like ‘Dino is here’, pointing to the minister, in a clear attempt to incite a kind of rebellion on board. The woman only ceased her conduct after being warned by the cabinet chief,” the note adds.
A federal policeman would have been fired and entered the plane. Dino’s advisory says “regretting the event” and that “All appropriate measures were adopted by the competent authorities.”
“Physical and verbal aggressions, even more inside an airplane, are unacceptable, even by disturbing other passengers and endangering the operation of the flight itself, which is an essential service,” adds the text.
