In the first phase, the United States play on June 12 and 25 in Los Angeles and on the 19th in Seattle, Mexico on June 11 and 24 in Mexico City and 18 in Guadalajara, while Canada debuts at 12 in Toronto, later playing 18 and 24 in Vancouver.
