The (Superior Court of Justice) made the first resignation, on Friday (5), of a server suspected of involvement in the Court.
The dismissed is the judiciary technician, who worked in several court offices. He was the target of an internal STJ investigation open after the Court’s Server Relations Revelation with.
He is also investigated by a criminal inquiry. Toledo’s defense has said it will only manifest in the file.
The dismissal, under the justification that he committed infractions in the legal regime of the public servant, was published in a decree signed by the president of the STJ, and says that he used the position “to gain personal or other benefit, to the detriment of the dignity of the civil service” and revealed “secret from which he appropriated the position”.
Toledo is suspected of irregularities in the offices of ministers Nancy Andrighi and Isabel Gallotti – they are not investigated.
He is investigated by movements made in processes “with alteration and exclusion of internal drafts within minutes, making visualization by others,” according to the minister’s decision, (Supreme Court).
His participation is quoted in dialogues extracted by the lawyer police of lawyer Roberto Zampieri, killed at the end of 2023, with Andreson.
In August 2023, Zampieri asked Andreson to send him documents that, according to investigations, would be two minutes of decisions regarding Nancy Andrighi’s rapporteur actions.
Search and seizure by the Federal Police also exposes a relationship of intimacy between Andreson and Toledo.
In exchange for messages with his wife, Toledo comments on Andreson’s family and forwards photos of a resort near the Itaipu plant in Paraná, which would belong to the lobbyist.
The PF also identified “significant discrepancies” in Toledo’s financial movements, in an analysis of its equity evolution.
