Nominated by the Para, Frederico de Siqueira Filho does not intend to leave office after the government. Siqueira took over the post in April, with the departure of Juscelino Filho, from a technical indication of the Union.
On Tuesday (2/9), the PP and União Brasil officialized its departure from the government and demanded the request for dismissal of all affiliates that occupy positions in the executive. By the Union, the measure reaches Celso Sabino (Tourism) and Waldez Góes (integration). As it is not affiliated with the party, Siqueira decided to stay in charge of communications.

The climate in the ministry is of tranquility. On Wednesday (3/9), one day after the announcement of the PP-Union Federation, Siqueira had lunch with Lula, Sabino, Góes and Senate President David Alcolumbre (Union-AP).
At the meeting with the president, with no intention of leaving office, the minister pledged to accelerate the delivery of projects included in the new PAC, such as the expansion of 5G and the school programs connected and infovias.
