Washington/Los Angeles-the top US court in Los Angeles allows suspicion-independent controls of migrants for the time being. The Supreme Court raised a corresponding restriction of a court of the lower instance until there is a content decision in the appointment matter. At first there was no reason for the Supreme Courts.
