Vienna – The mass manager of the insolvent Signa Holding, Christof Stapf, has the sale of indirect participation in the Kronen Zeitung agreed. This was announced on Tuesday evening after a meeting of the creditor committee. No information was given about the purchase price. Signa green René Benko had the shares in the Krone acquired in 2018 about the German Funke media group. These shares now go to the Dichand family as reported.
