The most rigid security protocols adopted on the Esplanade because of (PL) forced the postponement of a suicide prevention event, which would take place in the Senate on Wednesday (10).
A forró class and a picnic had been marked for months by Sindilegis, the Senate servers union, and would take place on the lawn of Congress. This Tuesday (9), a folder circulated communicating the cancellation of the event.
Sought, Sindilegis reported that the activities had been designed to unite congressional servers and other employees in an activity as part of awareness.
Because of the stricter security protocols on the Esplanade, as well as risks of demonstrations because of the trial, the decision to postpone the action was made. The union said it will evaluate the most opportune moment to resume the event.
