Giorgio Armani: Στη Ριβάλτα της βόρειας Ιταλίας τελείται η κηδεία του

He opened to the great fashion designer, who died on September 4.

Leo Dal ‘Oath, Comrade and Right Hand of the Italian Modder, secures 40% of voting rights within the well -known fashion house. 30% of the house will be controlled by the two nephews of Armani, Silvana and Andrea, and the remaining 30% of the Foundation created by the stylist.

As far as the company managing his real estate is concerned, based on the wishes of the deceased owners, Rosana’s sister and his two nephews are appointed.

Among other things, these are real estate in Milan and villas in St. Tropez and the Italian island of Panteleria.

His companion and his main partner, Leo Dal Oath, will have the usufruct of real estate, including the Hall of the Italian capital in which the designer lived.

The fashion designer, who passed away last week at the age of 91, said in his will that he wishes his heirs to sell 15% of the company’s shares within 18 months of the publication of the covenant, to the LVMH group to Luxottica or L’Oreal or L’Oreal. After three years, another percentage of Armani House will be sold to the same buyer, which should range from 30% to 54.9% of the total. Which means that, in the future, this internationally renowned Italian house may change owner.

In his will, finally, Giorgio Armani asks his house to receive “moral, impassable and unproven management”, with an emphasis on a modern and meaningful style, elegance, innovation and quality.
