Investigated by millionaire fraud, businessman maintains personal trajectory and origin in mystery
Antonio Carlos Camilo Antunes, better known as “”, became the central character of fraud investigations into social security benefits. He and the businessman Maurício Camisotti this Friday (12.Set.2025) by (Federal Police).
Despite the nickname, Antunes has never been an official of the INSS (National Institute of Social Security). Its influence has consolidated itself as an entrepreneur and lobbyist, using a network of companies and organizations to intermediate contracts that hit retirees and pensioners across the country.

According to the PF, the lobbyist R $ 53.58 million between 2022 and 2024, and R $ 9.33 million were passed on to INSS employees or to people linked to them. It also kept an offshore on the British Virgin Islands, common work for heritage shield.
The contrast between his declared income – R $ 24,000 per month – and reality appeared in luxury goods: in May 2025, police seized cars like Porsche, BMW and Land Rover at addresses linked to him.
The press revealed new elements. The advancement of investigations led CPMI to break their bank, fiscal and telephone secrecy, expanding political pressure. His arrest in September symbolizes the escalation of findings against one of the most influential lobbyists in the social security sector.
