“Rolling Stone” publisher is suing Google for AI summary

The media group Penske Media is suing Google for the use of its journalistic content in the AI ​​meetings of the Internet company. The publisher of magazines such as “Rolling Stone”, “Billboard” and “Variety” accuses the technology company to use his articles without consent and thereby lead visitors away from his websites.
