José de Alvalade Stadium received a solidarity game last night that gathered old stars from Portugal and the rest of the world. The Portuguese team eventually got the best, with a 4-1 triumph, in a meeting whose main objective was raising one million euros in favor of charities.
The marker was inaugurated just after 15 minutes by Pauleta. Already in the second half, Hélder Postiga expanded to 2-0, but shortly after Michael Owen reduced to international formation. The reaction was short -lived, as Luís Figo increased the advantage again and later Pepe confirmed the final result.
