Pernambuco club will invest R $ 22 million in structure with hotel, gym and official fields on land of 13.9 hectares
Presented him on Friday (12.Set.2025) the project of the new training center for professional football. The installation will be built on land of 13.9 hectares next to the current structure, in the Metropolitan Region of Recife. Read the project (PDF – 10.9 MB).
With estimated investment in R $ 22 millionthe initiative projects 3,500 m² of built area. The complex will include 36 -room hotel and gym of over 300 m², as well as 2 official fields and a specific field for strength training and goalkeepers.
The new installation will also feature a wide support infrastructure: parking for 100 vehicles and cafeteria with a capacity of 100 simultaneous meals.
The Reference Center for Health and Performance will also be built, with changing rooms, laundry and living area. The space will have psychology rooms and co-working environment (collaborative working space).
Schedule and impact on the club’s structure
The works should start in 2025, with estimation of completion in November 2026. Once the construction is completed, the current structure will serve exclusively to the base categories and women’s soccer.
With the sum of the new land to the existing 12.1 hectares, the training complex will reach 26 hectares. This expansion will place Sport facilities among the 6 largest training centers in Brazil.
