New York/Washington-UN Secretary General António Guterres suggests that the regular nations have to shorten the regular budget by 15 percent for the coming year. A high-ranking UN official said that the revised household is $ 3.238 billion (2.73 billion euros). This would therefore lead to the reduction of 2681 positions. The United Nations have to struggle with chronic financial problems that were still tightened by the policy of US President Donald Trump.
