In addition, these ingredients have a positive effect on concentration, regulate the level of sugar and cholesterol in the blood, and also facilitate the maintenance of normal body weight because they prevent eating, ensuring satiety.

Preparing coffee porridge will not take us too much time. It is fast, consisting of a small amount of ingredients, so making it not complicated. We will need to prepare this nourishing meal:

  • 3 tablespoons of oatmeal,
  • 70 ml coffee without coffee grounds,
  • 2 tablespoons of sweetener.

Preparing breakfast, we start by making a small portion of strong coffee without coffee grounds. We can reduce or increase its amount, depending on what porridge consistency we want to get. Then pour oatmeal into the bowl and add the sweetener. Mix everything together and pour in the previously prepared coffee, mixing the whole again.
