D4VD has millions of listeners on digital platforms. Was in world tour when the body was discovered
Los Angeles authorities confirmed the identity of the victim found in September inside a car recorded on behalf of US singer D4VD, an artist who won millions of listeners on digital platforms. He is Celeste Rivas, a teenager who had been missing since April 2024.
The discovery came on September 8, after employees of a Hollywood trailer park alerting the police to an “intense and suspicious smell” from Tesla that had been towed days earlier. Inside the luggage, the agents found remains in an advanced state of decomposition. The Texas registration car was registered in the name of 20 -year -old David Anthony Burke, known in the artistic environment as D4VD.

Police said the singer is cooperating with the investigation, but has not confirmed if there is any suspects. Celeste Rivas, born in Lake Elsinore, California, had disappeared on April 5, 2024, when she was 13. The causes and date of death continue to find out.
The singer was in world tour when the case came to public, with concerts marked in cities in the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe.
