From the neighborhood according to District, in Sena Madureira, the Association of Young Arco Rainbow, coordinated by João Verçosa, passed on an important help to the musical musical and percussion band. The event took place at the City Hall on Friday night (19).

After detecting the need for equipment, the rainbow, through its representatives and with the action of some partners, delivered 6 thousand reais in cash to the band, led by conductor Rondom. “As our slogan says, this is another social and cultural commitment to Madureira Sena, regardless of creed or politics. We are in favor of culture and peace. This is a way of contributing to this important band that is a heritage of our city,” said João do Arco-Íris.
Maestro Rondom stressed that this support received is extremely important to keep the band musical warriors in action. “First, I want to thank God for this opportunity, as well as the Rainbow Association and other partners for this help that comes at a good time. The moment is of unity, to make it happen and thank God we will continue to active,” he said.
“This is a moment of joy to receive here these young people who make culture in our municipality. Culture is a device so that people do not go the wrong way. It is coming the anniversary of the city and, God willing, this band will be representing our municipality with quality, because they know how to do very well. Culture is all,” said Councilman Charmes Diniz, mayor.
The Arco-Iris Association was supported by the City Hall, through Deputy Mayor Elvis Dany, Elias Mansour Foundation, City Council and Office of State Representative Tanizio Sá, represented by in Edmar Negreiros.
The president of the Niterói neighborhood, Raimundo Nonato, Louro, and Councilman Carlos Belisa also attended the event.
