The Austrian social partnership has again given a strong sign of life. In the past, the model has made strong that employers and employees are not looking for confromise and compensation in difficult times. In these difficult times, the domestic industry is currently located after three years of recession. In order to secure the location and jobs, this time it is the trade unionists who have given in and are willing to go to the pain limit of around 190,000 employees in the metal industry and probably beyond.
