The collection is the result of a case filed in the house to investigate debt for non -justified absences from the deputy, which occurred in March. The amount calculated was R $ 13,941.
According to the House, due to the insufficiency of balance in the payroll of March, individualized administrative collection process was established.

According to the TCU, the portal did not present indications that there was a discount on the remuneration of the parliamentarian due to these absences, as determined by the House.
The technicians, however, evaluated that the case should be determined by the House itself, since, if proven, the irregularities did not reach a minimum of R $ 120,000 of damage to the public coffers that has served as a basis for the TCU for the opening of investigations.
