The municipal leader of Barcelona in Comú and former number two of former mayor Ada Colau, announces this morning to leave the policy. (Tamarite de Litera (Huesca, 40 years old) was the deputy mayor of Urban Planning during the two mandates of Mayor Ada Colau in Barcelona. In October last year he took over to the leader of the commons in the City Council, as president of the municipal group.
The departure of the Sanz municipal group, this was his fourth term since he entered with ICV in 2011, raises even more unknowns about who can happen to Colau as a candidate for Barcelona in Comú to the City Council. Colau maintains that the return to institutional policy is not raised.
Sanz has presided over the non -permanent commission of study on the problem of housing at the Barcelona City Council. Sanz presented during the Congress of his party the Julio Paso that has “initiated a cycle of meetings with civil society, social movements and parties to carry out a popular front, anti -fascist, anti -corruption and really progressive” and added that “he works tirelessly to favor the reunion of all these sensibilities.”
