French President points out that NATO countries should respond more firmly in case of ‘new Russian provocations’

The French president, applauded, on Wednesday (24), the “very clear message” of the American colleague,, about the, qualifying it of a “very important” evolution, because Kiev “needs American equipment and support.” On Tuesday (23), after meeting with the Ukrainian President, Trump stated that Ukraine could recover all his lost territory to an 180 degree turn in his war position.

“It’s a very clear message from the US president to say that Russia is undoubtedly weaker and fragile than many have said,” Macron said in an interview with the station France 24 and to the radio RFIcelebrating the “new perspective” of Ukraine.

This is not to say that “let’s open fire,” added the French president, contradicting the American colleague, Donald Trump at this point.

On Monday (22), Denmark had to close Copenhagen airport after the overfound of drones of unknown origin. And at the beginning of the month, Poland, Romania and Estonia denounced the violation of their airspace by Russian devices.
