“A long time without speaking Portuguese,” says Zambelli in a statement to the Chamber

Licensed federal deputy Carla Zambelli (PL-SP) used an unusual justification to explain memory failures during her testimony to the Constitution and Justice Commission (CCJ) of the House of Representatives on Wednesday (24): she said she has been without Portuguese for a long time.
