If the Alessandro Vieira report is unanimously approved at the CCJ, the project will be definitively buried. The speeches throughout the meeting show that this scenario is possible.
If approved unanimously, it is possible to bring PEC for deliberation in plenary by means of a request of at least 9 senators. In case of rejection of the Vieira report, and CCJ PEC approval, the proceeding continues and the project may go to Plenary – this scenario is unlikely.
