René Benko appeals against his second indictment

René Benko defends himself against the second indictment that the Economic and Corruption Prosecutor (WKStA) brought against him. His lawyer Norbert Wess has appealed, which has confirmed a spokeswoman for the Innsbruck State Court to the standard. The Higher Regional Court (OLG) Innsbruck decides on this legal remedy, the indictment is therefore not final. Benko denies the allegations and the presumption of innocence applies to him.
