Deputy Delegate Marcelo Freitas (União Brasil-MG) was chosen (-SP) in the Ethics Council of. The announcement was made by the president of the body, Deputy Fabio Schiochet (União Brasil-SC), this Friday (26).
Marcelo Freitas is a Federal Police delegate, while Eduardo is a prisoner of the PF, removed to exercise the parliamentary mandate.
The rapporteur also defends pockets, as a broad amnesty to those convicted of coup and the impeachment of the minister, (Supreme Federal Court). He was chosen from three names drawn to compose a triple list of possible rapporteurs on Tuesday (23).
“I clearly defend the broad, general and unrestricted amnesty to those convicted of the acts of January 8! I am totally against the abuses committed by the Supreme Court! I argue for the impeachment of Alexandre de Moraes, as well as mandate to STF ministers!” He wrote at X in August.

The representation against Eduardo in the Ethics Council was presented by the PT, Senator Humberto Costa (PT-PE) and Deputy Paulão (PT-AL).
