US President Donald Trump signed a decree authorizing the application of death penalty in Washington, DC, after starting a federal intervention in the capital of the country in August.
“Death penalty in Washington applies to who to kill,” Trump told a press conference today.
He also promised to reinforce the federal presence in some cities like Memphis and soon Chicago.
