Public function: increase from 300 euros by 2029, proposes government

The Secretary-General of the Union Front of Public Administration (FESAP) said today that the Government proposed a salary increase of 60.52 euros in the remuneration of the public administration until 2029, totaling about 300 euros.

In November 2024, the government signed with two of the union structures of the civil service (FESAP and Union Front) a new agreement Pluriannual of appreciation of public administration workers.

The agreement provides for increases of at least 56,58 euros for monthly gross salaries of up to 2,631.62 euros and a minimum of 2,15% for superior salars in 2026.

For 2027 and 2028, the agreement establishes an increase of at least 60.52 euros or a minimum of 2,3%.
