The CEO of the Goiás Refrigerator, in, Leandro Batista, recorded a video on Friday (26/9), about the repercussion on a poster posted at the entrance of the commercial establishment in which it said that petistas are not welcome in the place. In the recording, Leandro says he is doing a “outburst” and says petistas are not prohibited from entering the meat store.
“Petista here is not forbidden to enter the refrigerator Goiás no. It is not welcome to enter here. This does not mean that it is forbidden to enter here,” says the CEO of the refrigerator.

The poster with the message targeted at petistas was placed at the entrance of the meat store this week. “Petista here is not welcome,” is written in capital letters.
The repercussion about the poster led a state deputy of the PT in Goiás to trigger the Public Prosecution Service of the State of Goiás () and the state procon against the commercial establishment.
In representation against the establishment in MP-GO, the deputy questions the alleged practice of abusive advertising, provided for in the Consumer Protection Code (CDC). Procon was caused to perform supervisory and sanctioning measures to the refrigerator store.
In the recording, Leandro calls the petista deputy “tramp” several times. “I’m here now making an outburst. There’s a deputy here, a state deputy Mauro Rubem (PT), the guy is reporting prosecutor, health surveillance, Procon (he) has already sued me. … Mauro Rubem, you are a socialist tramp,” he criticizes.
