AtlasIntel/Bloomberg survey released this Wednesday (July 1, 2026) shows that the president (PT) is ahead of the senator (PL) in a possible 2nd round clash. The PT member recorded 48.8% of voting intentions, against 42.3% for the congressman. The margin of error is 1 percentage point.
The study also tested second round scenarios between Lula and the pre-candidates (PSD), (New), Renan Santos (Mission) and Michelle Bolsonaro (PL). The former president (PL) is mentioned in the survey, even though he is currently imprisoned and ineligible.
AtlasIntel/Bloomberg interviewed 4,999 people across the country, from June 26 to 30, 2026. The survey was carried out days after the 9th phase of the Compliance Zero operation, which targeted the former government leader in the Senate, Jaques Wagner, an ally of Lula. The result shows that the president remained stable in the electoral scenario, despite the negative repercussions surrounding the new development of the Master case.
The confidence level of the survey is 95%. It is registered with the TSE (Superior Electoral Court) under number BR-04582/2026. The study cost R$75,000. It was paid for with its own resources.
1st SHIFT
AtlasIntel/Bloomberg shows that Lula also leads the 1st round simulations in which he participates.
