Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Supreme Court (STF), granted this Monday (29) the progression of the semi-open regime to open to former federal deputy Daniel Silveira.
On the 23rd, the PGR (Attorney General’s Office) manifested itself favorable for the regime progression of the former parliamentarian.
In the decision, the minister determines some restrictive measures, such as the prohibition of the use of social networks.
