The bail system in theory seems simple: you pay a deposit when buying a drink, you give a bottle or can, and the bottle -mounted return. In practice, however, there are several important rules that are worth remembering not to lose money.
Bottlekomas operate on the basis of Shape recognition technology, weight and bar code. If the bottle has been crushed, deformed or labels, the device is not able to identify it correctly. In such a situation, instead of calculating the return, a rejection message will appear.

The deposit system covers at the beginning Three types of packaging:
- PET plastic bottles with a capacity of up to 3 liters,
- aluminum cans up to 1 liter,
- Glass multiple bottles of use for 1.5 liters.
All other packaging – for example, wine bottles, milk cartons, plastic juice containers – do not qualify for refund. Additionally, they can be problematic Products from abroadwho do not have a Polish deposit designation.

The label is a key element thanks to which the machine recognizes the product. If it has been torn, damaged or detached – The bottlecomer will not accept the packaging. The same applies to the situation when someone washes the bottle in the dishwasher and the label will peel off during the cycle. Therefore, when returning packaging, remember: no modifications, no experiments. Only a bottle in the original shape and with a complete label guarantees to recover money.
