And in this spiral the openings and official events are somewhat unavoidable for the two main candidates to preside over the Board, their current tenant, the popular Juan Manuel Moreno, and the vice president of the Government and general secretary of the Andalusian PSOE, María Jesús Montero. Both have coincided on Monday in an act of delivery of affordable rental housing keys for over 65 years in Córdoba, their first informal face in which, through their linked speeches, they have not disdained the officiality to slide in the face of the elections: territorial grievance and infinance, the popular contender; Management of public services and the value of the policies of the central executive, the socialist applicant. Montero recalled how, thanks to the funds transferred by the central government, “it has received more money than ever” for public services. And, in this sense, he has also stressed that it is the State that insuffes more money in affordable housing promotions, such as the one that they have delivered on Monday. 113 apartments that have supposed a disbursement of 10.5 million of those that five has put the Ministry of Housing, 3.7 the City Council – of which 2.7 are contribution of the promoter – and 1.7 million the Board. “It is a sign of how administrations we are working to make this initiative possible,” Montero said in a sufficiently ambiguous statement for interpretation.
