The PP is using and former PSOE Secretary of the PSOE José Luis Ábalos to request the resignation of Pedro Sánchez and early elections, but the socialists have a very different impression after a first reading of the text. At the headquarters of the PSOE, on Ferraz Street, the text has caused tranquility because they believe it is clearly demonstrated that n a red line that had marked all its parliamentary partners, and also because the UCO clearly indicates that all the information provided by the PSOE about the income made to Ábalos is correct, there are no discussion.

In fact, the part that has generated the most scandal, that is that Ábalos received cash in PSOE envelopes, it is not a revelation of the UCO, as the socialists remember, but that it was Ferraz, as the report recounts, who communicated to the UCO that the Secretary of Organization received payments via transfer for his salary, but also in cash for the expenses he presented with invoices of similar foods and questions. This is the most controversial part, but in the PSOE they insist that the party made those cash payments, but everything is declared and audited by the Court of Accounts.

“It must be remembered that from the political and media right it has been accusing the PSOE for weeks of illegal financing. Well, today the UCO itself recognizes that the alleged discussion, with which it was speculated at the time, between donations and payrolls such as deputy, contributions and quotas, does not exist, and, therefore, there is no illegal financing of the PSOE,” says this party in a first reaction to the report.

“It has been the PSOE himself who has recognized the payments to José Luis Ábalos, via cash and transfer, against the supporting of expenses presented, and this is collected by the UCO report. It has been the party itself that communicated this end with total transparency,” he insists. Thus it is reflected in the text of the Central Operating Unit of the Civil Guard.

“All payments via Caja have their proof of expenses and are justified. As we have said on countless, the PSOE accounts are approved by the Court of Accounts, including these payments, and audited externally,” finishes the current dome of the PSOE.

“To affirm that the PSOE has paid, irregularly, to José Luis Ábalos or anyone, is a slander. Payments to José Luis Ábalos are paid expenses via Caj Accounts ”, the party is defended, which has also sent to the press an extract of the accounts that made available to the UCO and in which it is demonstrated that Ábalos received, in addition to his salary, payments for justified expenses between 500 and 3,000 euros per month for three years. The year he received was 10,368, and the one with the least 2,578.
