Innsbruck – An international human dealer ring has been excavated from a case in the Tyrolean Oberland. A network, consisting of 28 accused, is said to have lured a total of 45 women from Colombia to Austria between May 2021 and August 2024 and forced to prostitution. Eleven people were arrested, three of them in Salzburg. The alleged Turkish main suspect was still on the run, it said on Tuesday at a press conference.
